The Allstate Foundation has initiated a grant for charities and not-for-profit organizations.  The grant is being offered to organizations that are involved in crime prevention, road safety, and education.  This is a Federal level grant.

Grant Description

This grant is available to charities and not-for-profit organizations that are involved in a variety of activites or educational initiatives around road safety, crime prevention, and home safety.

Specifics and Requirements

Any organization applying for this grant must be a not-for-profit or charitable organization with a Canadian Charitable Number or Business Number. The organization must be involved in crime prevention road or home safety activities or educational initiatives.  As well, the organization must be able to provide an audited financial statements and budgets upon request.
